Reaction: Our institution had been known for it's excellence in teaching, thus, our institution provide competitive students in different chosen field, especially in engineering. O8r institution comprises a strong foundation in teaching that it can incorporate student learning and thus it excelled in different program that it has undertaken. What our school got to do is to ameliorate and improve the program that it has been offered and aggregate all the ideas from faculty, admin, teachers and also of the student to be more progressive and productive in terms of instruction.
Sub-Goal A. Aim for Program COD/COE
Status.
1. COE in Mathematics
As far as I know the program was successful.
2. COD in Electrical Engineering
I can proudly say that or school is the center of Excellence in terms of Engineering.
3. COD in Information Technology
Sooner or later I.T. will become the next center of excellence in our university.
4. COD in Mechanical Engineering
School is taking more effort to improve the skills of our mechanical engineers. Students in this field are very competent and skillful.
5. COD in Civil Engineering
The program had been so successful, for many of it's student had been invade Hongkong because of their skill in their chosen field.
Sub-Goal B. Offer New and Innovative
Reaction: All the program below are very crowned, efficacious, extraordinary, flourishing, for many of the teacher who wants to pursue their master degree used to chose Mindanao University of Science and Technology, as their second school, this is the primary indication how in-demand our school is in terms of this degree. I can say that our school is one of the most efficient school in term of excellence in teaching in the courses that it has offered.

for transfer of technologies.

Goal 3: Pursue Excellence in Extension.
Mindanao University of Science and Technology really giving more effort in this field, in fact they have their own office in the new building, which proves that our school is very serious in extension services. Our school is in fact comprises for successful extension school in Misamis, Oriental namely Panaon, Oroqita, Jasaan and Lourdes. I can barely say that our University is very much serious in pursuing excellence in extension which mission is Use the University's products and services, generated through research and instructional activities, to improve the quality of life of the most depressed communities in the university's sphere of influence using an integrative approach to community development as well as, provide the needed high-level expertise to contribute to the industrialization program of the industries in the area.

Goal 6: Maximize Library and other Resource Support to the
Teaching, Learning, and Research Environment.
Library plays an important role of students mental growth.
Reading is regarded as one of the most enriching habits for the simple reason that it is not just a hobby or a pass time that entertains you, but it is also an educational activity and hence brings to you a vast reservoir of knowledge. Reading increases the drive for knowledge and inspires people to gain more information. Thus a library is a treasure of valuable books for the people to use and gain from it.
A library usually has a good collection of encyclopedias, dictionaries and maps, which are a source of extensive information and references for people. The encyclopedias are a vast source of information about all the topics under the sky. There also exist specialized dictionaries like medical dictionaries, literature dictionaries or business dictionaries, which provide information about specific terms used in specialized fields.

The quintessential library is a boon for the students in schools and colleges. There exist a large number of reference books that provide information about wide ranging subjects are a must for students to understand the concepts in their curriculum. The reference books often provide in depth information about various subjects and thus help in the process of education.

In addition to the above mentioned points, libraries are also a host to large number of books that are a source of entertainment for us. Fiction books, which include various genres like comedy, thriller, suspense, horror or drama, are tremendously popular within readers of varying age groups.
Libraries are thus a source of entertainment and education for youngsters as well as adults. A library not only helps to inculcate the habit of reading but inculcates a thirst for knowledge, which is makes a person humble and open to new ideas throughout his/her life
Goal 7 refers to implement massive infrastructure development, I have noticed lately that there are still proposal building. Aside from this, since they were still proposing, I would like to emphasize that the problems on flood was still an issue. There is a need to find solutions to these kind of environmental problem.

Technology (ICT) Development.
There should be enhancements and developments to ICT especially to the teaching- learning environment to be as competent as other learners all over the world to promote ICT in schools. School leaders should first adopt strategies that make ICT a part of the daily tasks of the teachers.

The university should provide transparency, so that the students and other stakeholders of the school will know of what happen to the payments they pay in order to avoid conflict and it is also a way of informing and awareness for the students.
